1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Royal Spin Resort ("the Site") and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 General Hotel Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking at our regular hotels. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Casino Hotel Services

You must be at least 21 years of age to access, use, or book our casino hotel services. This includes:

  • Entering casino gaming areas
  • Participating in gaming activities
  • Booking casino hotel packages
  • Using casino-related amenities

Age Verification

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs (driver's license, passport, military ID). Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied access to services.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us with a reservation number.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Credit card guarantees are required for all bookings
  • Full payment may be required in advance for certain packages
  • Additional charges may apply for incidentals and amenities
  • Currency exchange rates and foreign transaction fees may apply

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and package type:

  • Standard Bookings: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for full refund
  • Advance Purchase Rates: Non-refundable, non-changeable
  • Group Bookings: Specific terms apply as outlined in group contract
  • Casino Hotel Packages: May have different cancellation terms

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. Hotel and Casino Hotel Services

4.1 Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM or earlier
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges

4.2 Room Occupancy

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy as specified. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced for safety reasons.

4.3 Casino Hotel Specific Terms

For casino hotel services, additional terms apply:

  • Gaming is intended for entertainment purposes only
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • All gaming is subject to casino rules and regulations
  • Players are responsible for knowing game rules
  • Management decisions are final

5. Code of Conduct

All guests must adhere to our code of conduct:

5.1 General Conduct

  • Respect other guests and staff
  • Comply with all property rules and regulations
  • No illegal activities on property
  • Proper attire required in all public areas

5.2 Casino Conduct

  • No outside food or beverages in gaming areas
  • No photography or recording in casino areas without permission
  • Follow all gaming rules and dealer instructions
  • No abusive language or behavior toward staff or other players

5.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove guests from our properties for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Disorderly or inappropriate conduct
  • Intoxication or impairment
  • Cheating or suspicious gaming activity
  • Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other guests

6. Responsible Gaming (Casino Hotels)

GAMBLING WARNING

Gambling involves risk. Please play responsibly. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never chase losses. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Program

We offer self-exclusion programs for guests who wish to restrict their access to gaming facilities. Contact our Responsible Gaming department for information.

6.2 Gaming Limits

Guests may set personal gaming limits for time and money spent. Our staff can assist with establishing these limits.

6.3 Age Verification

We strictly enforce age verification for all casino activities. Attempting to access casino areas underage will result in removal from the property and possible legal action.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Spin Resort or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
